That's more like it! BUT:
- A portal is a set of doorways, not a chat room, so the current content would probably be better on Talk:World_Wikia (or somewhere else - maybe Current events, which redirects to discussion areas with names like "Watercooler" on some sites), and a prominent section on the portal page should point to that for discussion while saying that the portal itself is intended as a sitemap with doors/portals leading to the major sections of the wiki
- The majority of contributors to the page have put their contributions at the bottom despite the notice; the bottom is the logical place if any comments are going to get responses, as they clearly are
